Rhonda Demars is the founder, formulator, and President of Progress In Health, Inc. and Erzulie® Natural Cosmetics, a clean beauty brand rooted in integrity, intention, and innovation. A globally recognized natural cosmetic chemist, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, and passionate educator, Rhonda is dedicated to creating all-natural, acne-safe cosmetics and skincare that are as effective as they are safe.

With degrees in Chemistry, Culinary Arts, Business Management, and Social Sciences, Rhonda brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to beauty. Her love for formulating began with a personal journey—after struggling with cosmetic acne and sensitivities caused by mainstream products, she set out to create something better: products that nourish the skin, respect the planet, and honor the goddess within.

Each item is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, using organic, cruelty-free, and ethically sourced ingredients. Rhonda never outsources and carefully crafts every formula herself to ensure the highest quality, multitasking results.

Her brand, Erzulie®, has received widespread recognition, including being voted Best Etsy Find by Call It Vanity and featured in the New York Times Fashion & Style section in “Etsy, The Makeup Counterculture.” Her cosmetics are trusted by professional makeup artists, and have been featured on Broadway, in television, film, and musicals.
