Shipping and Returns
We have done our best to calibrate the shipping charges. Any excessive shipping balances will be refunded to the customer.
We ship by USPS MAIL, Priority Mail, Priority Flat Rate and First Class, First Class International and Express International. We ship at our discretion in accordance to paid shipping fees. If you choose the flat rate shipping option we will choose the appropriate shipping for your order based on size and weight.
We pack all items as carefully as possible to assure your purchase arrives safe and sound. A confirmation or tracking number will be provided to you through email from stamps.com. Please provide your current email address so that you receive a tracking/ confirmation #.
*International packages can take upwards of 30 days for delivery depending upon the final destination and the length of time your package may spend in customs. Please choose priority flat rate if you need your item in 6-10 days with a tracking number. For International Orders over $40 please choose priority flat rate for shipping as insurance is included and a better tracking # as well as faster shipping.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: By purchasing through this site, you are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs imposed by customs. Please contact us if you prefer your package marked a specific way.
*For domestic and international packages, Progress In Health, Inc. is not responsible for unseen delays NOT caused by us such as: weather, failed delivery attempts, misplaced articles, incorrect addresses, packages left by carriers without signature confirmation, holidays, or any other possible situation that can cause delays beyond our control.
Refund /Exchange Policy: Due to health and safety regulations and the sterile nature of the products, refunds and exchanges are not available and all sales are final. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a color and product consultation or have questions about how to use a product. We are always available to assist you. We would like to insure the safety of all our customers and thank you for understanding. Please choose products and colors carefully. For your convenience, we offer inexpensive samples of some of our liquid foundations and we encourage customers to try them before committing to full-sizes.
