SHIPPING
We have listed discounted shipping for additional items and several shipping options.
We ship by USPS MAIL, Priority, Priority Flat Rate and First Class and First Class International.
We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. Please contact us if your item(s) arrive damaged. You may purchase insurance for you order.
We pack all items as carefully as possible to assure your purchase arrives safe and sound. A confirmation or tracking number will be provided through email.
International packages can take upwards of 30 days for delivery depending upon the final destination and the length of time your package may spend in customs.
*For international packages, Progress In Health, Inc. is NOT responsible for the length of time it takes for your package to reach you such as items being held in customs for any reason.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: By purchasing through this site, you are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs imposed by customs.
*For domestic and international packages,Progress In Health, Inc is not responsible for unseen delays NOT caused by us such as: weather, failed delivery attempts, misplaced articles, incorrect addresses, packages left by carriers without signature confirmation, holidays, or any other possible situation that can cause delays beyond our control.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products refunds are not provided at this time. Please note that opened and/or used products are non-returnable. AA
Exchanges
You may email us for authorization if you have an item that needs to be exchanged.
Unopened and unused Items may be exchanged for a new product within 15 days of purchase. Used products are not eligible for return at this time unless there is a special circumstance. Please choose products and colors carefully. Samples are encouraged if you are unsure or you may send us a photo for a color consultation.
Progress in Health, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened or unused.

Color Information
While Progress In Health, Inc. has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not always be 100% accurate.
DISCLAIMER:
This disclaimer holds the buyer responsible for any product and it's use after it has been shipped. If any reason you have a reaction to a product, discontinue use immediately. Some products with high concetrations of lactic acid may cause redness in it's process of eficacy. This is not an allergic reaction. We recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
We follow strict sanitary regulations and test all our products for safety. The products are never tested on animals.
Due to the nature of all natural products please be mindful of any expiration dates on the products and/or as stated on this website. The shelf life of most of the products is 36 months with the exception of the mascara, liquid eyeliner and gel liner which is 18 months. We are not responsible and assume no liablity for misuse (including expired eye products) (leaving products in heat for extended periods of time, reactions or allergies or any other damages that the products may potentially cause. The customer must agree before purchasing that the only compensation available will be a refund. Pictures and returning the products will be required for a refund.
